Ocean Petroleum relies on a structured governance framework designed to support a demanding industrial activity: the safe and continuous distribution of petroleum products across Cameroon.

Our Management Committee brings together eight members with complementary expertise in operations, logistics, finance, human resources, safety, and sales. Three women are represented on the Committee, reflecting our commitment to diversity and to ensuring a broad representation of skills at the highest level of the company.

Three governance bodies structure our management and decision-making processes:

• An Annual General Meeting, responsible for setting the company’s major strategic directions;
• A Monthly Management Committee, dedicated to consolidated business performance management and key strategic decision-making;
• Weekly alignment meetings between the Managing Director and each operational department, ensuring responsiveness and effective coordination on the ground.
